Emma Dawson

Emma Dawson is Executive Director of Per Capita, an independent think tank, dedicated to fighting inequality in Australia. She was a Senior Policy Adviser to Senator Stephen Conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy in the Rudd and Gillard governments.
